Turkey is in general probably my favourite country because the people and the nature. Don't just ride to Istanbul to "be in Asia" there the fun just starts!
Endless good trails, remote areas and beautiful sceneries! 
This GPX track will guide you safely to the most stunning places with as much offroad as possible.
You'll be riding below the Baloons and in the caves in Cappadoccia, going into really high alpine mountains down in Antalya and all the way up to the green black sea coast with endless grass hills what looks like Mongolia.
 
Always ride with consideration for others. Behave decently, respect private property, and local laws.
 
Wild camping is allowed almost everywhere. Be careful with fire and always take your trash with you and leave everything cleaner than you found it.
